HOW IT PLAYS.
Soiree Operations either recruits up to two Clown Crew monsters from either Deck without observing summoning conditions, or searches a Clown Crew monster. Each option is once per turn and blocks activated effects of monsters Special Summoned from those Decks through the next turn. Its graveyard effect banishes the card during a Main Phase to perform a face-up Clown Crew Tribute Summon.
