PRIVACY NOTICE.

Who is responsible?

Intent TCG is responsible for the newsletter list and contact messages collected here. For questions about your information, use the contact form or contact Intent TCG through eBay.

Newsletter sign-ups

We collect your email address and the fact that you ticked the consent box. With your consent, we use these details to send Intent TCG news and updates on new singles listings. The sign-up form uses a separate, unticked consent box.

You can withdraw your consent online at any time. Your request is emailed to Intent TCG and the address is removed so it receives no further newsletter emails.

Contact messages

We collect your email address, your message, the time you submitted it and your name if you provide one. We use these details to respond to and manage your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact Intent TCG. Contact messages do not sign you up for marketing.

Storage and access

This website does not keep a database of form submissions. When you use a form, the details are sent by email to the Intent TCG mailbox and nothing is retained on the website itself. Hostinger provides the hosting, domain services and email transport, so standard hosting, server-log and email information is processed through their systems. We do not sell your details.

Because nothing is stored on the website, what is kept is the email in the Intent TCG mailbox, for as long as it is needed to manage the subscription or answer the enquiry. You can ask us to remove information using the contact options above.

Form security and preferences

To limit automated submissions, the site may keep a temporary, hashed identifier derived from your network address or signed-in identifier, alongside a submission counter. It expires after the rate-limit window and is cleared during subsequent form activity. Your message is not included in this counter.

The site stores your decorative-motion preference in your browser. This preference does not identify you or sign you up for emails.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, or object to or restrict processing where applicable. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. If you have a concern, please contact Intent TCG; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Purchases and external websites

Purchases, payment details and eBay order messages are handled on eBay under its own privacy information. This website’s contact form is for enquiries; please keep payment details and sensitive personal information out of your message.
