1. Who we are

Intent TCG is an independent Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card business based in North Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. You can contact us at sales@intenttcg.co.uk.

2. This website is not a shop

This website is a brand and information site. It does not take payments and it is not a checkout. All Intent TCG sales are completed through our eBay store.

When you buy from us, your purchase is governed by eBay’s terms, policies and buyer protection, together with the details set out in the individual listing. Nothing on this website forms a contract of sale.

Questions about an order, payment, delivery, returns or refunds are handled through eBay or by emailing us directly.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to describe our products accurately. Card images on this website are our own photographs of real Intent TCG stock, or are clearly marked as awaiting photography. We do not present manufacturer renders or AI-generated images as photographs of our stock.

Decorative artwork used in the site design, as distinct from card images, remains the property of its respective rights holders.

Where a listing sells a specific card, the listing images take precedence over anything shown here. Availability, pricing and the range we carry can change at any time, and current availability is always the position shown in our eBay listings.

4. Condition descriptions

Where we describe singles as fresh from pack, never played and sleeved immediately, this describes our own handling process: the card was opened from a newly opened booster pack, has not been played with, and was placed into a penny sleeve after opening.

This is a description of our handling, not a professional grading. We do not grade cards and we make no claim about how a card would score if submitted to a third-party grading service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
• interfere with the normal operation of the website, including by introducing malicious code;
• copy, scrape or systematically extract content from the website for commercial reuse without our permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Intent TCG name, logo, site design, written content and product photography are owned by Intent TCG or used with permission. You may view and share the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce our branding or photography for commercial use without written permission.

Yu-Gi-Oh! and all related names, card artwork, logos and trade marks are the property of their respective owners. Intent TCG is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Konami Digital Entertainment or any related company.

7. External links

This website links to third-party sites, including eBay and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

8. Availability of the website

We try to keep the website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
